Product Information
DL-Pinoresinol is a natural compound with antioxidative properties. It has been shown to have synergistic effects with other compounds and to be effective in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer. DL-Pinoresinol inhibits P450 activity, which may lead to an increased risk of cancer. DL-Pinoresinol also prevents the progression of diabetes by reducing hepatic glucose production and increasing insulin sensitivity. This compound can also inhibit the migration of monocytes into tissues, as well as regulate the expression of toll-like receptor 4, and has been shown to be a chemoattractant protein for neutrophils.
